The staff here are really helpful and quite friendly, always sporting a smile. the rooms are a good size and look like they've just come out of the box, boasting comfy beds and handy USB ports for charging. the food they serve is also top-notch! 🌟

Check in was easy, hotel was amazing, locations was excellent to get mini market around there. The room I booked was decent sized and tidy with conditioner, usb ports and hand soap...

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Absolutely great hotel, I stayed here with my children. the staff was really kind and nice and check-in was easy. - the service was nice with a quiet atmosphere. - the stay was absolutely such great.

The staff at Kawarayamachi Crystal went above and beyond when our child fell ill during our stay. They also assisted us in finding open hospitals and accompanied us to ensure effective communication with the medical professionals. The helpfulness and support from the staff truly made a difference during our difficult time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is marvellous, just steps away from the nearest subway station and city centre of Osaka. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere. The staff provided nice service. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a nice bonus. I had a delightful stay, thank you.

The hotel had a magnificent location close to a supermarket, Kurumon market, Dotonburi, Namba area, and popular spots like Dotonbori. the breakfast deal was great with quick scrambled eggs and rice available. the room was neat and immaculate, equipped with a kettle and USB ports. the quiet atmosphere and nice service made the stay enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

Checking in was a breeze, the hotel has a contemporary feel, and the location is tranquil and incredibly close to the subway. the room was spacious and had adequate facilities like smoke detectors for safety. In-room amenities like an electric kettle and a refrigerator came in handy. the property is conveniently situated near popular areas such as Dotonbori, American Village, and easily accessible by metro from Osaka/Umeda main station. There is a wide selection of dining options nearby, such as Itsukaen, just a short 10-minute stroll away.

The location was marvelous, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and train stations. Absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable rooms with 2 beds and a lot of space. - I appreciated the amenities like the kettle and USB ports in the room.

The place was clean. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television, and a refrigerator. The vibe here was quiet.

The free drinks provided at the hotel were a great perk, with a wide variety of hot and cold coffee, tea, and apple juice options. the hotel's location was excellent, with only a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori and being just 500 meters away from Tanimachikyuchome station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par and took a long time to cool down the room. Another downside was the limited English understanding of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We had a great time staying here! The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We particularly loved the comfy bed and the tasteful decor in our room. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket nearby and little restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was great that they let us store our backpacks while we went out and explored.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
